Ted Kozlowski
Founder & President
Founder and President of the DemandQuest Marketing Institute, Ted Kozlowski is a Silicon Valley veteran who became a seasoned technology sales executive with start-ups such as Network Solutions, Homestore.com, Computer Associates and many more. As an advertising and marketing consultant and instructor, he’s shared his expertise on Social Media Strategy, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising and all things digital marketing with advertising & marketing professionals from local chambers to international conferences focusing on the strategy and optimization behind successful online advertising.
Ted has been using Google Ads since its Beta in 1999 and has been Google Ads & Analytics Certified since 2005; DemandQuest is a Google Ads Premium Partners. In addition to teaching, he is a popular advertising consultant and has optimized and managed campaigns for Toro, 3M, United Rentals, JB Hudson, RadioVision, Randall Reed Automotive, Luther Automotive, T-Mobile, Donaldson, Edina Realty, University of North Carolina (UNC) & Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC), RBC Financial, HCR Manor and many, many more. He personally manages over $500,000 monthly in online advertising spend in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads and uses Google Analytics to analyze and optimize campaigns.
He has also volunteered with many nonprofits in Minnesota to help them get and implement Google Grants. Ted is also currently serving his second term as Mayor of the City of Stillwater in Minnesota. He’s also served on the nonprofit boards Valley Outreach and Avivo. When he’s not teaching, consulting or working on improving Stillwater, Ted can be found boating on the St. Croix River or skiing at Afton Alps with his wife (and Demand Quest co-owner) Rachael and their two daughters.

Rachael Kozlowski
Senior Marketing Manager
Rachael Kozlowski is an experienced digital marketing consultant and manager. She is the Senior Marketing Manager at the DemandQuest Marketing Institute and is Google Ads & Google Analytics Certified. Her favorite thing to help clients and students with is Google Grants for Nonprofits. She has helped numerous nonprofits apply for, get accepted by Google Grants and set up and manage their Google Ads.
Rachael started in affiliate marketing working with clients in travel, dating, ancestry, and e-commerce. She has start-up experience and worked at web development/online ad companies in New York, Charlotte, and Minneapolis. She’s created and managed campaigns for all things digital marketing; blog and landing page creation, search engine optimization, affiliate management, email marketing management, and online advertising including managing campaigns on Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, LinkedIn Advertising, and Facebook Ads. She also works as on-camera talent for film and commercial work and is represented by Moore Creative Talent and currently serves on the Community Thread nonprofit board in Stillwater, MN.

Mateo Ramos-Jang
Instructor
An old soul with a decade of experience working with some of the biggest brands in North America, Mateo has worked primarily in growth marketing on a multitude of clients like The Home Depot, Ford, and Dell. A multi-faceted marketer, Mateo’s flexible on paid social, paid search, programmatic, experiential, and traditional marketing focusing on revenue growth and user acquisition. Over the last few years he’s been focusing on growing smaller brands and helping startups get their footing in the digital space. When he’s not poring over numbers he can be found cycling around difference countries, playing rugby, or out in the field catching up on home projects.

Jeff Sauer
Instructor & Consultant
Jeff created his first web site in 8th grade and hasn’t looked back. Through initiative, opportunity, curiosity and good old fashioned elbow grease, he is now a master of web analytics, web site optimization and testing, social media, online reputation management, e-commerce, competitive analysis, online surveys, email marketing, lead generation, and more. The results speak for themselves. As partner at Three Deep Marketing, his web sites have achieved the #1 ranking on Google for several highly-searched terms. He advises some of the world’s biggest companies/brands oninteractive marketing strategy and and monitors web analytics profiles for hundreds of companies and websites. He is also the Director of Technology at MIMA, a featured speaker at the MIMA conferences and additional conferences nationally. He recent words of wisdom were “The best money you can earn is making the money you spend in advertising more efficient.” Jeff teaches our Comprehensive Google Analytics Training Series (beg, int, adv). Three Deep Marketing is the only company in the Upper Midwest that is a Google Analytics Certified Company. Jeff was recently named the Twin Cities 2012 CIO of the Year! He is also the founder of Jeffalytics.com, a digital marketing blog.

Nate Plaunt
Instructor
Optimizer of things.
Nate is the Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Thomson Reuters and was formerly the Senior Strategist at Three Deep Marketing. He has over 11-years experience on both the in-house and agency sides of marketing. Nate strives to help good companies become even better by devising and implementing impactful digital strategies rooted in organic search optimization. He is active in the organic search community and regularly enlightens others as presenter, blogger and webinar host.
Outside of work, Nate has transitioned from playing lead guitar in his band to singing the ABC’s with his three children. He is also hopeful the Olympic Committee will add Bag Toss as an official game while he’s still in his prime.

Steve Slater
Instructor
Steve is the Senior Search Strategist at Lift Brands and was formerly the Senior SEO and Digital Advertising Manager at TopRank Marketing. He has over 7-years experience implementing and developing search marketing strategies both the in-house and agency side. And prior to that consulted small business on both traditional and print marketing. Steve is passionate about helping companies grow by developing digital strategies that are built on a sound SEO foundation. He is currently serving on the MnSearch board and you can find him playing Master of Ceremonies at every monthly MnSearch event.

Erik Kubitschek
E-Commerce and Web Dev Instructor & Consultant
Erik is a developer and designer and the founder of PXL Technologies which is a Minnesota-based website development with hundreds of websites and/or custom development projects of experience. Thier websites are developed with a truly unique process, using the latest technology to deliver a premium and progressive product. Our customers range from mid-sized businesses to non-profit agencies and educational institutions.
Erik has extensive experience implementing Content Management Systems (CMS), such as WordPress, to accommodate a wide range of functionality. Primary design languages include HTML5, CSS3, CSS, PHP, jQuery and Javascript. He teaches our E-Commerce and Website Development courses with an emphasis on setting up websites with that are search engine optimized correctly from the beginning.

Adam Schwartz

With 20 years of sales and business development experience, Adam strives to create lasting, successful relationships with our corporate and nonprofit business partners while ensuring the maximum ROI for their online advertising campaigns. Adam’s expertise with Google AdWords Advertising and InBound Marketing, coupled with first class customer support guarantees our clients a profitable partnership with Google and DemandQuest.
Over the course of his career he has managed accounts for industry giants such as Dyson, JamesHardie, Ecolab, FUZE Beverage, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, PG&E, 3M, Target, Toro and more. Based in Los Angeles, Adam is currently focused on expanding our presence on the west coast and bringing the Google Grants program to nonprofit organizations seeking to increase their online presence.

Dennis Still
Instructor
Dennis is a thought leader in data analytics and the power of meaningful business insights. He is currently the Founder and Chief Insights Analyst at Bigfoot Analytics. Bigfoot Analytics is focused on helping organizations with their analytics questions, both big and small. Always with the idea of Hunting for Insights, to Dispel the Myths!
His many years as an analyst, data scientist, marketer, and researcher at large corporations like Thomson Reuters, and SaaS businesses such as GovDelivery, OptiMine, and When I Work, have given him the tools and skills necessary to quickly and efficiently guide stakeholders through the process of data collection and analyses. Jane Neumiller-Bustad

Jane is the President and Lead Consultant at Creative Mind Consulting where the focus is on Fresh…creative…strategic marketing. They merge marketing, social media, training, and photographic tools for growing entrepreneurial companies. Jane bring this experience to the Demand Quest team as our small business consultant and instructor helping new and smaller companies get maximum exposure on the internet through thoughtful strategies and tools. Jane is also the Director of Connections at the United Way Of Hastings, MN.

Manos Kalaitzakis
Instructor
Manos has been an Online Marketer for over seven years now and has extensive experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Web Analytics and Lead generation. He has worked with hundreds of clients (small businesses to larger brands) in a variety of industries including legal, insurance, healthcare, education, retail and home improvement.
Manos began his career in product management for an alternative ISP in Athens, Greece, but soon found his true calling in the Online Marketing field. Before joining Three Deep Marketing at the end of 2011, he has held positions both as an agency and as an in-house marketer. Manos graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a degree in Management Information Systems and later received his MBA from Saint Xavier University in Chicago.

Scott Zosel

Scott Zosel began his marketing journey as a journalist over 30 years ago, writing for trade journals, PR firms, and eventually made his way into the world of advertising for some small shops in Minneapolis – St. Paul, MN area. Through lots of hard work learning the nuts and bolts of strategic planning, he carved out a niche as an ace B2B ad copywriter for a fairly large twin-cities agency, crafting many notable print campaigns while learning the design side of the business from top notch art directors.
With countless sites to his credit, Zosel’s promise is: ‘If you want to brand, promote or sell using the internet, I can show you how in 30 minutes or less.’ When it comes to strategy, technical know-how, or one-on-one service, no one can take you from point A to B faster, delivering such an elegant solution. Max Roszkowski

Max is an experienced digital marketer and Google Ads instructor who specializes in eCommerce and Google Shopping campaigns. Over the past three years he has helped multiple small businesses improve their online presences by organizing and optimizing their Google search and shopping campaigns as well as their organic search engine optimization. In addition to Google Ads and Google Analytics, he also has extensive experience with both the Shopify and BigCommerce eCommerce platform management.
